We value your satisfaction. While deposits are non-refundable and payments are typically final, refund requests for exceptional or unforeseen situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How far in advance should a session be scheduled?

To ensure your preferred date and time, please schedule your session two to four weeks in advance. We will review your booking details and relevant contracts. While same-day photography may be possible depending on availability, all contracts must still be signed.

What is your cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy permits rescheduling appointments provided 48 hours' prior notice is given. Please contact me for further details.

The booking fee, payable upon registration, is non-refundable.

Do you offer photo editing services?

Yes, I offer professional photo editing services to improve the quality and visual appeal of your images. My approach is subtle, maintaining the integrity of the original photograph and aiming for a natural look. I can retouch one of your photographs for optimal results, provided it is your own.
