I may collect personal information including: Full name, Phone number, Email address, Booking details, Billing information, Session or event information, Information submitted through contact forms or email. I only collect information necessary to provide photography and design services.

Your information may be used to: Respond to enquiries, Confirm bookings, Deliver photography or design services, Process payments, Communicate about your session or project. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
3. Storage & security
Personal information is stored securely and is accessible only to Cheryl Rogers (Creative Reflections Photography & Designs). Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Client information and image files may be retained for business record purposes and archival backup unless a written request for deletion is received.

Children & image privacy
Creative Reflections Photography & Designs provides photography services for families and children and takes child privacy seriously.
4. Parental / guardian consent
Children are only photographed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By booking a session, the Client confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren), or have authority to provide consent.
5. Marketing & promotional use
Parents or guardians choose whether images of their child may be used for promotional purposes. If written marketing consent is not provided, images will not be used on: Website, Social media, Advertising materials, Printed promotional content. No child images are used publicly without consent.
6. Online sharing & identification
When images are shared by Creative Reflections: Full names of children are not published, Schools or precise locations are not identified, Images are not tagged with identifying details.
7. Image delivery
Images are delivered via: Secure, password protected online gallery, And/or USB, as agreed. Once images are delivered, responsibility for file storage and sharing rests with the Client.
8. Commercial use
Images of children will not be used for commercial or third party purposes without explicit written agreement.
9. Working with children
Creative Reflections Photography & Designs holds a valid Queensland Working With Children Blue Card. All sessions are conducted in a respectful, family focused environment.
10. Cookies & website data
This website may use cookies or standard analytics tools to improve user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected without your knowledge.
